My favourite workout day! Started the day with 2 pieces of toast with butter and jam. Got to the gym at 7am. Stretched and warmed up for a few minutes. Jumped on the treadmill for a nice 10km power walk. Worked on glute exercises and core. Stretched a bit and had a Cliff block ( these are a great little block of energy that gives you a boost between classes. ) Full body workout with Brandt was amazing today. Lots of cardio, he included 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 rowing machines! Lots of box jumps, med ball throw, ropes, push ups, snatches, free weights, lunges etc. I loved this hour. I quickly ate another cliff block before starting my full body workout with Luke. This workout focuses on strength, balance, agility and form. Cardio is also a component of this challenging hour. This was an amazing class.
