Woke up feeling great today. Got to the gym at 5:30 am. Started with a light stretch then jumped on the treadmill for a nice 10 km power walk. Worked on core and glute exercises and did some foam rolling for my leg muscles. I enjoyed a cliff block before joining the 7am upper body class with Kat. This class was very cardio forward. We had 9 exercises divided in to groups of three. Each group had a cardio station, a weight station and a push up and plank station, each set of three was repeated 4 times before moving on to the next. Awesome workout!! Very challenging, I loved it.
