Sunday

Today Karl had a stretch appt with Coach Brandt at our gym. I decided to come along and get a light workout in. I started with stretching then jumped on the treadmill for an easy paced 30 minute power walk. I worked on core exercises for 15 minutes, then jumped back on the treadmill for a 15 minute cool down walk. This was a nice easy workout, felt great for get my body moving.
