Monday

The last 3 Monday workouts have been 90 minute Peloton rides. I decided to do the same today. Started my day with a piece of toast with peanut butter. Light stretch and then jumped on the Peloton for a challenging 90 stand up ride. This is a real push but feels absolutely amazing at the finish. Time for my favourite greek yogurt, protein powder and granola! Yum.
