Wednesday, my favourite workout day! Woke up feeling great. My legs were a little sore from Mondays 90 minute Peloton ride. Enjoyed 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter and low sugar jam, a small cup of coffee. Got to the gym at 6:45am had a quick stretch and jumped on the treadmill for a nice 10 km power walk. Core and glutes for 15 minutes, then a quick snack of 2 cliff blocks and I was ready for my first full body class with Coach Brandt. Challenging hour of treadmill sprints, rower, assault bike, weights and strength exercises. Enjoyed another cliff block and then was ready for my second full body class with Coach Luke. Lots of advanced ab work today, used the ab roller, med ball, plank exercises, cardio on the SkiErg. Lunges, pistol squats dead lifts band work added a nice challenge to this hour. Looking forward to my greek yogurt, protein powder and granola as soon as I get home.
