Wednesday

Wednesday is my toughest workout day. I usually start with a quick stretch and then hit the treadmill for a 10 km power walk. Next, I work on some glute strengthening exercises with a band, stretch and have half a banana. Fullbody workout with Coach Brandt is my second hour of training. High intensity interval training including weights, treadmill, assault bike, rower, boxes, med balls etc... I will have the second half of my banana at this point. My third hour is with Coach Luke. Luke works with me on strength, balance, agility and stamina. Lots of variety in terms of exercises. A challenging morning, I always leave the gym feeling happy and tired. Time for my greek yogurt and protein powder, granola on top. Amazing start to my day. Wednesday is my favourite workout day.
