Woke up this morning feeling rested. I did indulge in some Halloween treats last night but thankfully the sugar rush did not affect my sleep. I got to the gym at 5:30 and stretched my legs, hips and back before jumping on the treadmill for a nice 10km power walk. This power walk warms my body up and amps up my cardio. I stretched and worked on core and glutes for 25 mins. Then, I enjoyed an hour long upper body workout with Kat at 7 am. Lots of variety to the exercises today and some core and cardio were incorporated as well.
