Good. morning. Woke up with lots of energy today. Started the day with a hot coffee and a piece of whole wheat toast with butter and low sugar raspberry jam. Got to the gym at 5:30am. Quick stretch and jumped on the treadmill for a 10 km power walk. Fit in a few minutes of glutes and abs before starting the upper body workout with a new trainer named Alex. Great upper body workout. Lots of variety and great music made the class quite enjoyable.
