Today I decided on a home workout. I jumped on the Peloton for a 60 minute recovery ride. This ride is done mostly standing up on the bike, there are 3, 5 minute seated intervals in this hour. A nice relaxed pace. Stretched out really well after this hour. Great start to the day.
