Happy Thursday! I woke up this morning feeling sore. I stretched and rolled out my piriformis and quads. Enjoyed 1 piece of toasted squirrely bread with butter and low sugar raspberry jam. I decided to jump on the Peloton for a 60 minute recovery ride. The ride was a slower pace, lower intensity. After the ride I felt so much better. I spent a few minutes stretching and rolling my sore muscles. Fantastic start to my day.
