Happy Thursday. Started my day with a coffee and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter and low sugar jam. Jumped on the Peloton for a 60 minute feel good ride with Ally Love. I added a few minutes of abs at the end. This was a great ride, not as challenging as Mondays 90 minute ride but it was definitely a push to the finish.
