Happy Thursday! Thursdays are a light cardio and stretch day for me. I jumped on my peloton this morning and enjoyed a 60 minute ride. A peloton ride is guaranteed to give you a great sweaty cardio beatdown. Feels amazing. I will spend an hour on stretching this morning as well as some light ab and band work.
