Saturday workouts are always so much fun. Karl and I look forward to seeing friends and laughing and chatting before and after class. Today Coach Brandt organized a challenging workout using 2 ropes, lots of boxes for jumps, pull ups, treadmills, rowers, bikes, free weights, snatches, lunges, over head presses, push ups and core. This was a fun and challenging hour. Such a great Saturday morning power up.
