Friday Remembrance Day

Started my day thinking about my Grandfather's and Great Uncles who fought in the War. Took some time for myself to reflect and relax. Karl and I went to the gym to do our own workout. I stretched for 5 minutes and then jumped on treadmill for a nice 60 minute power walk. I worked on upper body with free weights. Enjoyed some core exercises using the med ball. Was a nice relaxing workout.
